How Long Does Shipping Take?
We ship via Canada post and service options will depend on where you are located.
Please see below for a general timeframe and cost of shipping. A more accurate cost
and ETA will be calculated upon checkout.
The shipping estimates below do not include processing time. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for us to process your order.
BC: 1-3 business days, ~$10-15
Rest of Canada: 3-7 business days, ~$15-20
US: 5-7 business days, $20+
We offer free shipping within Canada and US for orders $150 CAD and above.
Return Policy
What Is Your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return window, meaning you may return your order within 30 days after your date of purchase. We do not offer exchanges at the moment. However, not all items are eligible for returns, please see below if you're eligible for a return.
Returnable:
-Defective items upon delivery.
- The item is a wrong size, color, or style.
- The item is unworn and in the original packaging (box and tags included, (If applicable).
Non-Returnable:
- The item has been worn.
- The item is not in the original packaging.
- The item is discounted.
- The order is not delivered within Canada (International).
- All earrings are not eligible for a return for hygiene reasons.
- Proceeds to our donation programs will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the shipping label and handling of the return.
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (box and tags included, if applicable). Should the returned item or order not meet the above criteria, EDEN WOO has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.

Do You Accept Exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
When Can I Expect My Refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we will assess their condition and process a refund within 2 business days. Please understand that financial institutions may require time to process the refund as well.
*Please note that the original cost of shipping or donations will not be included in the refunded amount.
*Some returns will only be eligible for store credit only.
